About Us

The service is :

• Funded by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) to provide specialist English language assessment and advice to migrants and people from refugee backgrounds.
  
  
• Independent from ESOL providers thereby ensuring that advice and referral is impartial.
  
  
• Set up to be client focused and client led.
  
  
• Free to all migrants and people from refugee backgrounds.
  
  
• Available in six centres throughout Aotearoa/NZ.
